In 6 short weeks, dieting only 4 & 1/2 days a week I dropped from 23% body fat to 19%.  I dropped from 53 kg to 49 kg…. This was so ridiculously easy. And best of all, every friday night I got to eat pizza, chocolate, icecream….whatever I wanted!!!!

 

Definitely going to do this again soon!
