Hi,

 

When I started the FLM 6 week program I was 101 kg and wanted to lose 5 kg. I can’t believe how easy and fast this thing worked. I actually lost 6 kg, 5% body fat and gained muscle.

 

On friday nights I still got to go out with the guys and have a few beers and a burger or pizza, what my trainer didn’t know was I still ate a slice of pizza after the gym from the local take away shop near my house, but I still lost 6 kg. Its crazy how this thing works!!!

 

Doing another round soon.
