Lenka is 33 yrs old and wanted to lose weight to improve her health, get her energy back and confidence levels and also be able to get back into  doing some kind of sport.
With no prior fitness or diet knowledge, Lenka  managed to lose approximately 7 kilos over a 3 month period on her own, but then plateaued.

Lenka lost a total of 5.5 kilos of body fat and gained lean muscle  with a total drop from 34% body fat to 26% in 6 short weeks.
Signed up for another round, Lenka is getting ready for her wedding in 8 weeks time…. We can’t wait to see her results.
