When I started the FLM program I set a pretty big target of 8kg to lose in 6 weeks.
I big goal I know!!
A week after stating my program a got a new job which had me travelling around Australia and not being able to stick to the program 100%…… I also got sick travelling.
However I ended up dropping 3 kg and gaining 1kg of muscle with a total of 5% of my body fat gone with the little amount of time I spent in the program…..
I’M SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS.
My skin looks so much clearer, my bloating has gone and my energy is through the roof.
Now I’m doing another round to get to those 8 kg!!
