Success Story – Joyce

Joyce is 30 years old and has been training extremely hard for the last 18 months on a program given to her by a female bodybuilder.

The program had Joyce training 6 days a week on a very strict diet of proteins and carbohydrates. Joyce’s results stopped coming after the first 2 months and spent the next 16 months trying to improve.

After joining thefatlossmanifesto.com FLM program, we cut Joyce’s training in half and introduced a full 2 days of eating carbohydrates only, which included Banana Bread covered in Nutella, Cereal, and Pizza amongst other things.
Joyce very quickly saw her mid-section body fat disappear, lost 5 kg in 6 weeks, her energy came back and her strength levels increased at a rapid pace. Joyce continues to follow the program guidelines and is getting leaner by the day and still gets to go out on weekends and have fun.
