I started the FLM program to get in shape for my 30th birthday coming up. In 6 short weeks, I dropped from 63 kg and 29% body fat to 60 kg and 23% body fat.
I was so surprised at how easy this was and best of all I finally was able to target my thighs and shape them. Something I’ve never been able to do…..And so many people noticed!!!
